  3/24: Osprey Pointe did refund me my $200 and I appreciate it. Although I will never do business with them, again, I do feel like they held up their part by refunding me.
  
  This place is HORRIBLE!!! I didn’t even get a chance to move in to give them a try as a tenant and I’m glad I didn’t. So, the FIRST time, I was scheduled to move in on 2/28. I received a call on 2/5 stating they had to change my move in date and my unit. I was a little upset and had to make arrangements to be able to take off of work to get everything in order. I was very understanding and did just that. Today I received a call stating my move in date was changed again. I was supposed to move in on 3/3 and now they wanted to change the move in date to 3/10. Are you kidding me?! The assistant manager Lola didn’t have anything to say to but she’s sorry for the inconvenience. When I told her the day wouldn’t for me.. she had the nerve to ask me “what do I have to do on the day you were supposed to move in? ” I’m sorry, but I have everything in order from my lights, to my cable, to my furniture being moved in on THAT day! Lola was more concerned about me losing my $200. I’d rather lose $200 than spend almost 10k staying here for the whole year and being miserable. I don’t know if they think I’d just be okay with it because I need a place to go or what. I’m a senior in college and my parents aren’t kicking me out of their house; they’re more sad to see me go than anything else. I have a place to stay! This place is unorganized AND they NEVER answer their phone, but when I come to the location, everyone’s just sitting around. Lol. This place is a joke! I really thought since the management had changed, the place would be ran smoother, but I thought wrong.
